Suitable for clients who have not attended an Osteopathy session with Innova Osteopathy before. Initial consults involve a comprehensive medical history, an examination of the area of complaint and appropriate treatment and or management advice.

Initial Consult ~ Children 12 and under
Suitable for children primary age up to 12 years who have not attended an Osteopathy session with Innova Osteopathy before. Initial consults are as listed above.

Standard Consult
Suitable for returning osteopathy clients. Standard consults are up to 30 minutes and are suitable for one primary area for treatment

Extended Consult
Suitable for returning osteopathy clients with 2 or more areas requiring treatment, or clients who have not attended an appointment in 12 months or more.

Virtual Run Analysis

We will shortly be offering digital run analysis sessions!
These sessions will involve a 15 min telehealth appointment where we will take a thorough history on your running history, and any goals or injuries.
This will be followed with the submission of a 60 second running video for analysis. A personalised report will then be generated, analysing your running technique. This report will include feedback on technique and suggested strengthening exercises.

This is for the everyday, recreational runner who would like to learn more about their running technique, or who is experiencing discomfort whilst running.

This can be a useful analysis to help you understand how your body is currently moving, and get feedback on ways you could help reduce or prevent injury

During your telehealth session, you will be provided with a personalised link to a Google Drive folder where you can upload your video. Only you and your Osteopath will have access to the link for this folder.
Your video will only be stored for a maximum of 30 days before being deleted. A copy of your report analysis will be attached to your client file.

What is a Concussion?
A concussion is a brain injury caused by acceleration or deceleration of the brain following a significant impact to the head or elsewhere on the body. The impact causes dysfunction within brain cells and decreased blood flow, resulting in temporary deficits in brain function. Symptoms may include loss of consciousness, headache, pressure in the head, neck pain, nausea or vomiting, cognitive problems, dizziness, or balance problems, among others.
